The Experience

What does the experience involve? A VR experience with multi-user headsets. The experience takes place with a connected headset, without a backpack.|
In which language(s) is the experience available? In French, English and Spanish.
How long does the experience last? The experience lasts about 30 minutes.
Where does the experience take place? Galeries Montparnasse, 22 rue du départ, Paris.
When should you arrive? At the time indicated on your ticket.
Is there an age requirement to take part in the experience? 10 years, accompanied by an adult. Due to the theme of the experience, some content isn’t suitable for younger children.
Is it possible to sit down during the experience? No.
Is it possible to take photos or film? Yes, you can take photos during the experience.
Is the site air-conditioned? Yes, it's air-conditioned.
Is it possible to buy food and drink on site? Yes, bar and light catering available on site.
Will there be toilets on site? Yes, toilets will be available.

Can you enjoy the experience wearing prescription glasses? Yes, people wearing prescription glasses can experience our expedition in virtual reality. However, the size of some glasses may make them incompatible with the headset.
Can a deaf or hard-of-hearing person follow the experience? The content of the experience is not subtitled; a person wearing a hearing aid can follow and hear the content of the experience.
Can you do the experiment with a child in a baby carrier or stroller? No.

This experience allows date changes up to 48 hours before the event start date. If you wish to make a change, please contact us and include your ticket identifier(s) (What is a ticket identifier?). One of our agents will respond to your request as soon as possible, and inform you of the next steps to take.
