Tickets
Where can I buy tickets?
In the Fever app, available on Google Play and in the Apple Store.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
There will be a box office on site. However, tickets may be sold out by the time you arrive at the event. We therefore strongly recommend that you book your tickets in advance to secure your place. You can purchase tickets in the Fever app or on the Fever website.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer tickets to another person free of charge. Simply tap on 'Transfer tickets' on your ticket in the Fever app. Please contact us if you need further help. Also remember to include your ticket order number.
Do I have to print out my ticket?
No, your contactless tickets are validated directly in the Fever app.
I can't find my ticket. What can I do?
You can find your ticket in the Fever app, within the 'Tickets' section, and if you haven't installed the app yet, you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play. Please remember to log in with the same account you used to purchase your tickets. If you still can't find your ticket, please contact us.
Are refunds possible? What is the exchange policy?
For this experience, date changes are possible up to 48 hours in advance. If you would like to make a change, please contact us stating your ticket ID associated with your purchase. One of our employees will answer your request as soon as possible and inform you about the next steps. Refunds are not possible under any circumstances. Further information can be found in our General Terms and Conditions (GTC).

Do I have to arrive at the beginning of my booked time slot?
Please arrive at the time indicated on your ticket; late admission is not permitted.
Can I take animals with me? Are service dogs allowed?
Unfortunately, no animals, including service animals, are permitted at the venue.
Is the venue barrier-free?
Yes, the event will take place in an accessible location.
What items are prohibited at this event?
Weapons & dangerous objects, drugs & alcohol, and glass & bulky objects.
Are there tickets for caregivers?
Guests who require assistance during this experience can apply for a free ticket for their personal caregiver. Please contact us here with proof of your care needs or entitlement to a free caregiver ticket. Once we have received proof from you, we will provide you with a voucher to purchase your free caregiver ticket in the Fever app (subject to availability). Please note that you must present your regular ticket together with the caregiver ticket at the entrance.
Is the experience accessible for deaf/visually impaired people?
Deaf people can enjoy this experience as it is mainly visual; however, we do not recommend this event for visually impaired people.

Strobe lights are used during this event.
Is seating available? Can I sit down during the experience/exhibition?
This is a guided tour. Unfortunately, there is no seating available on site.
Are there toilets at the venue?
The restrooms can be used during the opening hours of the Spandau Arcaden.
Can I take photos or videos during the experience?
You are welcome to take photos and share them. However, please ensure that you do not disturb other guests when taking photos. Professional equipment and tripods are not permitted.
Is there a lost & found office on site?
We recommend that you ask the event staff if your belongings have been found. If you are unable to ask on site, please contact info@hoteldracula.de.
Is there a checkroom on site?
No.
Is there an audio guide on site?
Unfortunately, this experience does not include an audio guide.
